Meditation

I have been meditating for around 6 years. It's something that I enjoy and allows me to center my soul. Many don't consider the soul consciousness or subconscious mind in their daily living because we haven't been taught about the soul. I will save that lesson for another post. Meditation is connector of the soul mind and body. Try closing your eyes and emptying your thoughts to have a pure mind. Allow gratitude for all that is present. Shut off the chatter. Mind blowing!!! My product review of the PSiO Mind Booster 1.1

When I first saw my email about this product I was immediately skeptical. As a person who actively meditates I didn't believe electronic devices could aid you in mental clarity do to the electro magnetic waves devices give off. I'm getting my fat life together!!!

Ok so I have done it again! I have gotten fat as hell! This doesn't sit well with my morals and what I stand for! If you not sure what I stand for, it's fitness! Health! Wellness and natural holistic living. I call it all Christ consciousness! The mind of Christ is what we need to change, I'm not selling religion I'm selling you on power. The power to change your life inside out! Next Monday August 12th 2013 I start my journey it's a long road to get back world class! I know I have to change my unyielding ways.
