Kobe Bryant a laker for Life!!!

Alsmost year to date of tearing his right achillea the "Great one" ( as I call him) practiced today for 45 min. This is a big step fwd and the Black Mamba is ready to return to action!! With is Laker ball club  at 9-9 hanging with a very Good Portland team in a loss last game 114-109 missing Nash, Farmar and Kobe. These guys look good, however it's a long season ahead. Kobe Bean Bryant his legacy, now can be cemented as greatesr Laker and if he ties or breaks Michael Jordan Chamionship legacy, it will be hard not to not make him the greatest or in the room. 

Meditation

I have been meditating for around 6 years. It's something that I enjoy and allows me to center my soul. Many don't consider the soul consciousness or subconscious mind in their daily living because we haven't been taught about the soul. I will save that lesson for another post. Meditation is connector of the soul mind and body. Try closing your eyes and emptying your thoughts to have a pure mind. Allow gratitude for all that is present. Shut off the chatter. RIP Paul Oliver

Former UGA standout and Former NFL Safety Paul Oliver was found dead of an apparent suicide in his Marietta, Georgia home.

 Paul Oliver spent the majority of his time as a San Diego Charger with 144 tackles in 57 games. This is a crucial time to analyze the minds of players and former athletes when they leave the sport. What goes into the mind of an athlete that has played at a high level and then one day the final whistle blows and they aren't prepared for life after the sport. I didn't personally know Mr. Oliver however my heart goes out to his family. I pray for his widow and 2 children and send nothing and peace their way. It's awful that we have to continue to see these athletes suffer. Many may consider this a society issue I consider this a sport and life issue. Watching my fab sports show today ESPN First Take I was listening to predictions talking about how the "Redskins defense would shut down Vick and hit the gaps." We'll the score is 26-7 Eagles and Vick has been electrifying. It's almost like he has been reborn! Chip Kelly came in from Oregon with this high speed attack and its so fast if you blink you will miss it! I mean Shady McCoy has 100+ yards and Desean Jackson a 100+ yards. On top of the fact RG3 had thrown 2 picks. The surprise of the night is the Philly Eagles Defense they have been lock down the Redskins. So to all the pundits who speculated what was going on! This is a great game! Current score 33-14

Fear the Dreads! The coming of Jahleel Addae

The first weekend of NFL football is in the books. Tonight I will be present to watch the Houston Texans and the San Diego Chargers battle it out for the home opener on Monday night Football. This game is special I get to watch a young ballet in Jahleel "Hitman" Addae. Addae is a safety who was signed undrafted Free Agent right after this years draft, don't let that fool you. Addae is a beast and was the anchor of his college defense at CMU last season. This kid is explosive at the point of impact. The Chargers featured him in different packages during pre-season. Look for Jahleel to make and impact on special teams and I are him as an early fan favorite for pro-bowl selection! Tonight lets watch the "Hitman" do work! As his fans say Fear the Dreads!!!!!

The Final Cut! Making the 53

This is the last week of preseason for the NFL and it has been a wild ride. Injuries have plagued many teams. Take for instance the Buffalo Bills... Rookie QB E.J. Manuel was in the brink of becoming the starter, now him and veteran journey man Kevin Kolb is also out leaving unseated free agent "nevaheardofem" to start in his place. I can go through a list of injuries on teams specifically amongst skill players. This should tilt the balance of power in the league. However we can recognize that when it comes to making roster it will take more than the injury fairies to secure your spot. With football being a 100% unpredictable sport you have to prepare to be infinitely flexible. So as teams make their final roster cuts. My advice to rookies (and veterans like Josh Cribbs and Braylon Edwards ) is to maximize each opportunity, treat your first like your last! Each game will pass and if you look up it will be all over! Bradley Cooper, Zimmerman and the Race for America

If you have been watching the American National media for the past few weeks you know that the country has been deeply divided over the George Zimmerman/ Trayvon Martin Trial. Well right in middle of this mess Riley Cooper (not to be confused with Bradley Cooper from the Hangover movie) #14 Eagles Wide receiver goes on an expletive tirade saying "i will fight every nigger here" to a African American security guard in June during a Kenny Chesney concert. Now I wasn't  there but of course the video is all over the web. I won't link it here because I don't particularly care about hate. I care about looking at the imbalance across respect and decency toward common man. Now in a time where young black men have a clearly no fair advantage in enjoying the right to live free in America. You hate for a guy who plays football in an American city, with a black majority and a black mayor to use this ignorant language. I'm only reminded of the $100k fine levied by David Stern on Kobe Bryant for calling a ref a gay slur and bitch. Now Kobe Bryant had no clue of this referee sexual orientation. He merely said a derogatory term but not a personal attack. Riley Cooper has a preconceived notion that all blacks are niggers or atleast the ones he wanted to fight. This past Friday Riley Cooper was excused from the team only to be back with team today. His teammate Eagles Running Back Leshawn Mccoy told CSNphilly.com “And then we’ve been playing for three years, and something like this comes out, I think where a person thinks that the cameras are off and nobody is really watching, you let your true side come out, and I think that’s what happened. I think it’s a matter of him actually getting caught."

Do we even matter anymore? Is there no respect for the African American ancestors of the slaves who were forced to this country? We didn't ask to be in America I woke up and was born here. I woke up to the nightmare of the sheet and the hood. My grandfather was murdered by the klan! I woke up to the word NIGGER! So in America when house negros and "Uncle Tom" (go along to get along negros) sympathize with the oppressive mentality. We have a race problem in this country and we can ignore it. The Revenge of Mike Brown

According to sources the pariah Mike Brown (who I thought would be coaching at a YMCA in Corpus Christi ) has reportedly reached a 5 year ($20 Million) with the Cleveland Cavs. Byron Scott was fired last week.

Earlier this NBA season Mike Brown was fired by the Lakers after losing their first 5 games. The people of Los Angeles had seen enough from this Cub Scout. Coach Brown was replaced with a corpse name Mike Dantoni who beat out the greatest coach of all time in any sport Phil Jackson for the coveted job as Lakers head coach. We whatever happens I wish Mike Brown success. I just want to know.... Who's knee caps did this guy suck to get his job back????

No Weapon!!!!!

It was amazing the run both the Baltimore Ravens and the San Fran 49ers! All in all, the Ravens led by future hall of famer Ray Lewis won the. Super Bowl!!! This was an amazing game and now that we have seen the High lights! We know that the power was out which led to a surge by Colin Kapernick (my frat brother) but it wasn't enough.

I love how Ray Lewis submitted his petition to The Lord. The leadership that he instilled was comparable to ancient times. And he was right No Weapon formed against me shall prosper aNd everything that's against me that doesn't line up with God. The Lord will make it now Down!

It's been a while!

Ok So its been a while! So much as changed I was bummed over the setback of not putting together a fighting try for London 2012. It's not that it didn't mean anything to me, it's just that I was finding me. Finding something only to surrender it is a matter of serenity and balance. I possess a poise, a confidence that I never knew was possible to have, all my days are amazing! God has shown me a perspective in his grace. for that I am grateful!

Now for the update! via Twitter before season that Baltimore Ravens led by Ray Lewis would be going to the Super Bowl. I also said that the 49ers would go, both 2 of my favorite teams. so next week I am going to be turned up!!
